Eyes of the Killer Robot and Thee Lolitas at Smash Records

It was a hot day yesterday and I was sweaty when I arrived at Smash Records for a summer themed in store. I started to doubt my decision to head out and go to a small record shop to see a show on a hot day but when I arrived, it was not so bad, the shop was cool and cold beer for free.

The show was pretty good. Thee Lolitas played a brand of garage rock that could not have been more fitting for a summer day. Eyes of the Killer Robot played pleasant enough catchy indie rock that got stuck in my head for the rest of the day.
